All the restaurants offering 50% off

From 3 to 31 August, get a 50% discount when you eat in at venues registered with the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme.

The Eat Out to Help Out Scheme commences on 3 August 2020, offering diners a 50% reduction on their bill every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday during August.

Today, the much anticipated listing of restaurants participating in the offer has been launched on the Governments website.  Click HERE to search.

You will get results within a 5 mile radius of the postcode you use and the Government notes that the closing period for restaurants to register ends on 31 July, so new restaurants will be added until that date.

For diners, it’s easy to claim your discount.

You do not need a voucher to use this scheme and you can use it at the same time as other offers and discounts. There is no minimum spend, although you cannot claim discount on alcoholic drinks or service charges. All diners in a group of any size can use the discount.

The Government website explains the simple terms and conditions:

Use the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme at a participating establishment:

  • to get a 50% discount on food or non-alcoholic drinks to eat or drink in (up to a maximum of £10 discount per diner)
  • available every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 3 and 31 August
  • use as many times as you like

For now, all you have to do is start booking in your nights out for August.
