By Thames Valley Police is renewing an appeal for the public’s help in tracing a man who is wanted in connection with a street robbery in Aylesbury.
At around 10pm on Tuesday 17 March 2020, an 87-year-old man was hit by a male in Aylesbury town centre. The victim required hospital treatment but has since been released.
Police are hoping to speak to the man pictured, 18-year-old, Adelin Olteanu.
If you do see Mr Olteanu, Police are advising against making any contact with him, but ask that instead, people call 999 immediately.
Designated investigator Hannah Mitchell of the Aylesbury Priority Crime Team, said:
“Despite concerted efforts to locate Olteanu, we have as of yet been unable to do so.I am appealing to anybody who knows where he is to get in touch with police. You can do so by calling 101, quoting reference number 43200090463, or if you wish to remain 100% anonymous, call the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.”
