By HGV driver missing from Hull for a year
It has now been a full year since HGV driver Christian Barbu was reported missing to Humberside Police.
Barbu, who is originally from Romania, has still not been found.
On the 10 August 2019 Humberside Police received a report that Christian Barbu from Romania had not disembarked from the Pride of Hull following a trip with his HGV from Rotterdam to Hull.
Christian boarded the P&O ferry in Rotterdam on Friday 9 August.
On Saturday 10 August his vehicle and belongings remained on the ship but he was nowhere to be found.
A missing person appeal was issued in an attempt to try and locate him or obtain any information about his whereabouts.
But, a year on there has been no further news and Christian has not been found.
Officers have now renewed their appeal, and are seeking once again for anyone with information about the Christian to contact the force.
