Further charges following double crossbow killing in Dudley
Kadeem Palmer is accused of conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary in Pensnett Road last February, and a separate offence of possession of cannabis with intent to supply.
The 19-year-old from Stanford Road, Handsworth, appeared before Wolverhampton Magistrates Court on Friday (14) and has been bailed with conditions to appear at Crown Court at a later date.
Billal Akram has also been charged with conspiracy to commit aggravated burglary in Pensnett Road and another address in Milton Street, Walsall. The 25-year-old of Buffery Road, Dudley, also appeared before the court and was bailed.
So far 13 men have been charged in relation to burglary and three men charged with the murders of 19-year-old Khuzaimah Douglas and Waseem Ramzan, aged 36. They were shot with a crossbow during the aftermath of the alleged Pensnett Road raid.
