Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a man was left with serious injuries following a road traffic collision in Milton Keynes.
Police are appealing for witnesses to a serious road traffic collision on H9 Groveway near to the Thurlow Nunn Garage.
At approximately 9.45pm on Sunday, 23 August 2020, a cyclist, a man in his forties, was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle. The driver of that vehicle did not stop at the scene and has still not been identified, or come forward to Police.
The victim sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital, where he remains receiving treatment.
Due to debris recovered at the scene, Police believe that the vehicle involved is a Volvo V50, S40, C30 or C70.
Investigating officer, PC Adam Stevens, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit said:
“We are appealing to anyone who knows of a Volvo that has recently sustained damage to its headlight, front bumper and bonnet to please get in touch. Further, if you were in the local area around the time of this incident and have a dash-cam, we would urge you to check the footage in case it has captured anything that could assist our investigation.”
