Theft of a vehicle and fraud – Milton Keynes

Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of a man they are hoping to speak to.

Police are appealing for the public’s assistance to local the man pictured in the above CCTV image.  They are hoping to speak to him as they believe he can help them with an investigation involving theft and fraud.

Between 7pm on Friday 15 May and 6.50am on Saturday 16 May, council vouchers were stolen from a car parked on Pannier Place in Downs Barn.  Following this, at 9.58am on Saturday 16 May, the vouchers were cashed in at the Central Post Office in Milton Keynes.

Investigating officer PC Grant Hebblewhite, based at Milton Keynes police station, said:

“I am releasing this image as I believe that this man may be able to help with my investigation. If you recognise this man, or think that it might be you, please get in touch.”
