Jack’s Supermarket, on Kennedy Way, in Immingham has kindly supported numerous local causes in the local community in recent weeks.

One such donation saw Coomb Briggs Primary School and Pilgrim Academy receive a hamper filled with breakfast items and healthy snacks for the children to enjoy.
Staff were also gifted tea, coffee and biscuits.

Dave Peck, Store Manager of Jack’s Immingham, said:

“Here at Jack’s we love helping the community.

“Schools have faced so much uncertainty this year, so we wanted to show our support as they get back to normal.

“We hope the teachers and children enjoy the hamper, and being back at school.”

Jack’s also donated some bird feed to the Boating Lake in Cleethorpes.
Due to the ongoing impact of the coronavirus crisis, the organisation has been struggling with trade.
It is hoped that with the support of Jack’s Supermarket, the Boating Lake will be able to continue looking after local wildlife while also running free boats rides for children in the community.
This week, the store also donated new kits to Immingham Town Pilgrims football team.
Dean Lodge, Manager of Immingham Town Pilgrims said:

“We finally got to drop our sponsor their gift from the lads and got a picture of the new kit. Thank you to Jack’s Supermarket for sponsoring the lads.”

Mr Peck added:

“We’re so pleased the boys like their kits and it’s great to see them back training too.

“We’re committed to developing our relationship with the local community throughout 2020 by supporting more initiatives, sponsoring football teams is just one of the many ways we’ve been helping the community of Immingham.

“We hope the boys get lots of use out of their new kits and wish the team lots of luck.”
