Footage released in Cleethorpes burglary case

Humberside Police have released images from CCTV footage in connection with an ongoing burglary case in Cleethorpes.

The burglary took place at a commercial premises on Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes, at around 2.50am on Monday 14 September.

Officers would like to speak to the man pictured in relation to the incident.

It has been reported that a male suspect wearing a face mask and a hooded jumper entered the premises with a knife, demanded cash and then ran away in the direction of Issac’s Hill.

A statement issued by Humberside Police said:

“We would like to reassure the public that this is believed to be an isolated incident with no further threat to the wider community. 

“Whilst we appreciate the man in the images has his face covered, we would ask anyone who may recognise the man, or has any information that could help with our enquiries to contact us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 37 of 14 September.”
