You, the new 1:1 SEN TA
Work with two wonderful SEN students – one showing communication issues and the other displaying behavioural issues due to ADHD – through each week, formulating an EHCP and working closely with the school SENCo to ensure that both are fully supported, integrated within their classes, and learning. Inspire learning whilst also managing their behaviour, and ensure that both students feel safe and minimise disruption to the wider learning in their classes. Can you be the positive role model they need…?
