We are seeking to appoint a 1:1Learning Support Assistant for one of our children in our Reception Class.

Are you highly motivated,flexible, able to engage and support children with complex needs to reach theirfull potential?

We are looking for someone thatcan work with energy and enthusiasm as part of a class team whilst also usingown initiative. Strong communication skills and high expectations are crucialand a determination to make a difference. Knowledge and experience or workingwith children with Special Educational Needs especially social, communicationsand language needs is expected.

Your role will be to support thechild in all areas of the curriculum academically, emotionally and socially, inand out of the classroom as well as carrying out interventions and programmesrecommended by outside agencies.

30 hours a week at KR4 (leveldepending on experience) 8.30am – 3.15pm Monday to Friday (with a 15min breakand 30min lunch both unpaid). The post is term time only on a temporarycontract. The start date is asap.
