Early Years / EYFS Teacher (NQT) | ASAP Start | Newham
A fantastic, creative Early Years / EYFS School in the Borough of Newham are on the hunt for an Early Years / EYFS Teacher (NQT) for an ASAP start. This is a permanent, and full-time post.
The School is led by a phenomenal Head Teacher that puts her staff first and promotes CPD throughout. She takes pride in taking ALL Early Years / EYFS Teachers onboard and the school are on their way to achieving an Outstanding Ofsted status!
The school begin their NQT training in October, so you will not miss out on any training from the beginning of the academic year.
This Early Years / EYFS Teacher (NQT) role will be based in Early Years every afternoon, with the mornings being spent on a PPA cover timetable (this will be structured and will aid you in your NQT training, this is NOT just a PPA Cover role!)
The School are renowned for their fantastic bespoke NQT induction that provides both in & out of house training as well as a clear career path for NQTs. You will be assigned a 1:1 mentor as well as a member of SLT.

- Early Years / EYFS Teacher (NQT)
- Based in EYFS + gain experience across multiple year groups
- Inspiring and motivating the younger generation
- NQT Induction: Bespoke & tailored, 1:1 mentor and in & out of house training
- ASAP start – Full Time & Permanent contract
- MPS1 Inner London (£30,480)
- Located in the Borough Newham
PERSON SPECIFICATION – EARLY YEARS / EYFS TEACHER (NQT)
- Must have UK QTS
- Strong understanding of the Early Years / EYFS curriculum required
- Ideally experience within EYFS (or if not, a specialism / interest in Music or Spanish!)
- You must show a passion and creative flare towards education and inspiring young minds
- Understanding of the teaching standards
- Lesson observations required: ‘Good or Outstanding’
