The council is people-centred and values based which makes Salford a really great place to work. With a positive permission culture and can-do approach, we embrace innovation and nurture great talent.
Our Digital Data and Technology service helps services transform how they work and meet the needs of their users. Our work is user-focused and forward-looking, making our organisation an exciting and innovative place to work.
The Data, analytics & insight function plays a key part in supporting Social Care systems and statutory government reporting.

You’ll take pride in working side by side with and supporting our social care systems by providing key data and analytical insights as well as statutory government reporting utilising your strong Microsoft office and excel skills. People will always be at the forefront of what you do, ensuring that everything you produce is as user friendly as possible. All the while taking personal responsibility for your output individually and part of the wider team.

This is a great time to join Salford Council; things are changing fast and as we move to meet our ambitious plans for the city we are looking for passionate people who feel they can help us make a real difference to the lives of local people.
If you do not meet all the requirements for this role, we would still like to hear from you.
