Age UK Milton Keynes are looking to recruit a Service Manager to develop and lead their Independent Living service, supporting older people to stay in their own homes.
You will place a high premium on operational and financial compliance and quality management and have an understanding of the intricacies and challenges of the voluntary sector.
You will take lead responsibility for ensuring the service is fully resourced through effective recruitment management, workforce deployment and staff development.
You will need operational and people management experience, resilience and be someone who relishes a challenge!
This post represents an outstanding opportunity for a dedicated, ambitious professional who will thrive with a supportive, motivated and professional staff team.
The role is full-time, for 36 hours pw. Salary £29,952 per annum
