About youWe’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate Team Leaders to join our growing team at Home From Home Care. If you hold these values, then read -on to learn more about this exciting role.About the roleAs a Senior Support Worker your focus will be to work with complex individuals who may have complex behaviours that challenger. On a daily basis you’ll work as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care and support within the homes. A large part of your role is to help individuals gain new life skills, connect with their communities, and provide outcomes to help them to live an ‘ordinary’ life.When you join, you’ll receive 2 weeks of paid induction, which includes comprehensive training and shadow shifts with the individuals we support.We have 11 homes over 5 locations in Lincolnshire, with roles based in Bardney, Dorrington, Fiskerton, Ruskington and Stallingborough.
