By Pedestrian in Scunthorpe collision dies
A pedestrian who was in collision with a car in Scunthorpe has died from his injuries.
The incident happened on the A18 Queensway shortly before 5pm on Sunday.
The pedestrian had been taken to hospital to be treated for life-threatening injuries following the incident.
His family are being supported by specially trained Humberside Police officers during this extremely difficult time and have asked for privacy.
On Monday police appealed for witnesses to the collision involving an orange BMW.
A police spokesman said: “We are still appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dash cam footage covering it, or the moments before or after, to get in touch with us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting log 356 of 15 November.”
