Second Grimsby man charged over shop robbery

A second man has been charged following a robbery at a shop on Wellington Street in Grimsby.

The incident happened on Friday, November 20.

Wayne Price, 39, of Wellington Street has been charged with robbery and remanded into custody to appear in Grimsby Crown Court on Monday, December 21, following his first court appearance yesterday (Tuesday).

The first man charged has also been remanded and will be appearing alongside Price in Grimsby Crown Court.

The third man arrested in connection with the robbery has been bailed with conditions, pending further enquiries.

Humberside Police said: “We would encourage anyone who has not yet spoken with us and may have information that could assist our investigation to call 101 quoting log 514 of 20 November. Alternatively you can call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 to remain anonymous.”
