We have a new, excellent opportunity for a skilled CNC and Laser Technician to join the Manufacturing team.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Manufacturing Team to satisfy customer demand in a productive and safe manner, whilst ensuring required Quality standards are met. They will be involved in problem solving, training, continuous improvement and product development in the forming process.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
?½Programming, Setting and Operating a 5 axis laser machine
?½Create and modify programs
?½To be first line manufacturing/engineering representative with regard to problem solving, training, continuous improvement and product development in the trimming process.
Candidate will be considered with the following skills / knowledge:
¶ú Proven experience operating Lasers and CNC machinery in a fast paced working environment
¶ú Fork Lift Truck experience
¶ú Demonstrable experience working to ISO and TS Standards with experience of working in a KPI environment
?½Knowledge of Prima machines would be advantageous
?½Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
?½Extensive experience of the trimming process
