Dewey Group have an exciting opportunity for an Estimator to join our clients’ business. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established piling contractor who can offer support, training and a long term career within the sector.
Working as part of a team you will be responsible for:
* Producing accurate quotations and tenders for projects involving all Piling sectors
* Developing client relationships
* Participating in post-tender interviews, presentations and customer negotiations
* Ensuring successful hand-over to delivery teams following award of business
* Generating commercial strategies to maximise the chances of winning the project at sustainable rates
Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* Previous experience within an Estimating role – ideally within Mini Piling
* The autonomy and organisational skills to work under own initiative with minimal supervision
* Good relationship building skills
* A proven work ethic in relation to meeting tight budget and timescale objectives
