FIELD BASED PROPERTY VIEWINGS AGENT / VALUER

Our client is a leading Property company who operate within Estate Agency, Lettings, Residential and Commercial Developments and Investments. The company has been established for over fifteen years and is one of the market leaders with an impeccable reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and offer a structured progression route and career path.
This is a varied role where you will be working closely with the Buying team who will be booking appointments with potential vendors for you to go and view, value and list the property with the company. You will also be conducting research into properties in the areas and building relationships with local agents. Candidates must be very strong negotiators but also be very good relationship builders.
This role will be both office and field based, must be happy to travel.
Main responsibilities:
?½ Attending viewings/valuations to purchase properties
?½ Negotiating with potential vendors and getting the properties on board
?½ Pushing the sale through to completion
?½ Building relationships with the vendor and handling issues
?½ Working closely with the Property Buying team
?½ Completing of all necessary documentation
?½ Researching properties and values in differing areas
Main skills and experience needed:
?õ Proven background of developing and cultivating vendor relationships
?õ Some knowledge of the property market, types of property, values
?õ An empathetic sales approach with the ability to negotiate and close
?õ Property or Estate Agency, Financial Services, Sales or similar background
?õ A reliable, autonomous attitude
?õ Flexibility towards working hours and travel
?õ Financially motivated
?õ Good research skills
