Goodall Brazier is looking for a Medical Director for one of the leading private hospital provider in the UK. The company offer an outstanding package with great benefits.
The area covered is of beautiful landscape and the hospital offers a range of specialised services and therapies focusing on men and women with complex mental and physical health needs including Dementia and Parkinson??s. It also helps with long-term problems such as diabetes, epilepsy and urological problems and provide supportive approach to end of life care. Service users have access to a wide range of facilities aimed at providing comfort, safety and rehabilitation, including a flat let for those getting ready for discharge to a less restrictive setting or home.
You as the Medical Director will provide medical leadership for the South West Hospital. Assisting in recruitment and retention of staff ensuring staffing criteria??s are met, providing appraisals and supervision as necessary. You will develop education and support training of staff along with encouragement and involvement in governance and audit. As Medical Director you will look to develop and maintain high quality medical care by being instrumental in quality improvements.
