Our Client is a well established mobile phone repair centre and carries out refurbishment and repair services for it’s own clients who are some of the largest mobile phone providers in the UK.
Due to their current workload, they are looking to recruit a number of mobile phone repair technicians to join their team initially on a full time temporary basis but then leading to a permanent contract.
The nature of the work is to repair faulty handsets and get them back in working order. The repairs may be in some cases straight forward screen / LCD repairs, or could in some cases need to have electronic components replaced on the PCB.
Ideally we would be looking for candidates with previous mobile phone repair experience, however, we may also consider candidates with similar experience, such as laptop repair, or have some form of electronic repair. We do require candidates with some level of electronics knowledge.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in the following:
1. Mobile Phone Repair – Fault diagnosis, component replacement.
2. PCB Reworking – Multimeter work and soldering.
3. LCD Repair – Replacing damaged and faulty phone screens.
4. Software Upgrading – Flashing both Android and IOS.
These positions are full time Monday to Friday and are on a temp to perm basis.
