This role will be to develop and maintain quality of learning and assessment within the Centre. You will be part of the wider IQA team working to lead and shape what Careerwise Consultancy delivers to it employers and Clients. You will be responsible for Tutors, Assessors and IQAs, as well as the ongoing design of the course and adherence to awarding body stipulations.

The location of the role is office based but applicants will be expected to travel as required by the role. The Quality Manager will be the primary point of contact to provide support to all assessors and IQAs in the organisation.

The Quality Manager will:

ƒ?½ Ensure all quality resources are in place; SOW Across the board; Lesson Plans; Sampling Plans
ƒ?½ Ensure Quarterly SARs and QIPs are completed
ƒ?½ Ensure OTLAs, Performance Reviews and Standardisations Are completed Following internal schedule
ƒ?½ Sampling Up to 80 Portfolios Bimonthly
ƒ?½ Ensure Progress reviews, employer and Learner feedback is recorded quarterly for each client
ƒ?½ Ensure CPDs for members of delivery team is recorded
ƒ?½ Comply with the quality assurance standards of the awarding body and Independent Training and funding partners
ƒ?½ Ensure all centre and funding documentation is maintained adequately and accurately in liaison with the Centre Administrators and Centre Manager
ƒ?½ Ensure every learnerƒ??s achievement and success is timely and liaise with the contracts manager, to claim unit and full achievement
ƒ?½ Produce an end of month report on any up-dates or concerns regarding the programmes.
ƒ?½ Back-up electronic files using proper procedures, entering and updating data on the shared drive (Training, Pass/Fail and learners details etc.)
ƒ?½ Participate in continuous improvement activities such as Independent Training, Centre Policy Reviews, Self-assessment and Development Planning.
ƒ?½ Ensure training and learning sessions are evaluated and collated
ƒ?½ Ensure all incidents are recorded and reported including those relating to:
Health and Safety, Equal Opportunities, Confidentiality, Whistle-blowing.
