We are looking to appoint a Registered Care Manager for an established, reputable, ethical and prestigious domiciliary care Organisation who are currently recruiting for a Domiciliary Care/Registered Manager due to the evolution of the business. in the Hampshire area.
This is a really exciting opportunity for the right person as the Domiciliary Care/Registered Manager will be assisting them in the new set up of the ‘Agency’, will partake in the generation of new business/clientele, carry out risk assessments and care plans and oversee the efficient and effective process of supplying care workers into the community to provide a service to the elderly in their own homes. For the right person this opportunity will evolve into a career which ensures working in unison with the owners and will not only be financially and ethically rewarding, but would also result in the involvement of all aspects of the business.
This role also encompasses the responsibility of care worker recruitment and training, CQC compliance and quality rating, supervision of staff team and the provision of second-to-none customer care.
The Domiciliary Care/Registered Manager must have Management experience Managing a Domiciliary care agency/branch and possess a minimum standard of an NVQ4 in care to be able to gain registration. For the Domiciliary Care/Registered Manager you must possess a ‘can do’ attitude, be adaptable, personable, demonstrate empathy, and also have the need to succeed.
