We have recently provided full detailed engineering design services for the ¶125m BREEAM ??Outstanding? Co-Operative Group Headquarters in Manchester and advised the Parliamentary Estates Directorate on the refurbishment of the Palace of Westminster, which includes the Houses of Parliament.
Due to our success, we are now looking to expand our design team, and are seeking to employ a senior electrical design engineer.
Applicants will have solid experience of building services design engineering and will be able to lead projects with minimal supervision.
You will also develop client briefs, attend design team meetings and manage a small team of engineers and associated Cad resource.
Experience of using HevaComp, EDSL TAS, AutoCad, AutoDesk BIM or Amtech would be an advantage but not essential.

We are currently listed on over 25 national and regional frameworks, including the NWCH EPS, TfGM, Sports England and NHS SBS frameworks, and have a significant order book.
We have recently invested heavily in Cat 5 Building & Energy Modelling and BIM software.
You will have the chance to work on both local schemes where you will be involved from conception to completion and large international projects where you form part of a large multi-disciplined team. Currently we are working on a wide range of schemes including Universities, Commercial office premises, laboratories and schools.
We employ over 30 consulting engineers from our North West base close to the M60 motorway.
THe successful applicant will be joining a firm at the cutting edge of technology and innovation who are driven by quality of work and retaining valued customers. Almost all of our work is repeat orders from our extensive client list.
