CareTech Community Services is a national provider of support for people with complex and challenging behaviours associated with autism, learning disabilities, mental health illness and neurological conditions. We support people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and also in residential care.
We are looking to recruit for a Support Worker to work in our Supported Living Service in Rugeley.You will be providing care for a young female with Learning Disabilities. Hours will be 36 or 16-24 per week.
So are you caring? Inspirational? Optimistic? And Insightful? ?? These are easy words, but the real job of a support worker is the blend all this to enable our service users to lead a fulfilling and satisfying a life as they possibly can.
Applicants will ideally have a minimum NVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent and willing to work towards NVQ Level 3.
All positions are subject to an enhanced DBS Check and satisfactory references.
