By Travel update for M181
The M181 was due to be closed in both directions from 8pm on Friday 22 January to 6am on Monday 25 January. This is due to the ongoing works on the new junction. Scunthorpe will still be accessible from the M180 via Junction 4 (Mortal Ash Hill).
North Lincolnshire released a statement saying ‘Due to forecasted low temperatures, the planned roadworks and closure of the M181 over the weekend has been postponed until next week.’
