New online resource launched to help you live well
A new online resource has been set up to help people look after their well being during the pandemic.

Live Well- My Wellbeing is a new online resource offering help and support to improve happiness, health and wellbeing.
The new online resource is designed to help make positive changes to improve people’s health and to stay strong, happy and healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This includes many ways of improving mental health as well as physical health.
It has been created for local people to help see where they may be struggling, where they are coping well, and how things could change to improve your general health.
The NE Lincs council site said: “If you feel you could use a boost or want to be more proactive in nurturing your own health and wellbeing get started on our site.”
Online the resource will offer an interactive self-assessment feature, where people can measure their mood and wellbeing across seven fundamental areas of life.
The seven fundamental areas are: daily routine, relationships, money, where you live, emotional wellbeing, learning and physical health.
The website wants people to focus on what they can control in your life and accept how they feel without judgement.
Councillor Margaret Cracknell, portfolio holder for health and wellbeing, said: “It’s been a tough time for many, and 2021 hasn’t got off to the greatest start, but we need to stick together and we will get through this.”
“It can be frustrating, challenging, and lonely so we all need to look after one another.”
“My Wellbeing is part of an evolving online resource that will host a variety of health and wellbeing information for residents of North East Lincolnshire.”
North East Lincolnshire council added for 24/7 mental health support, call (01472) 256256 and select option 3.
