Concerns around Appleby level crossing closure at the same time of A1077 work.
A 20 mile diversion will be in place while the A1077 will be closed over half term.
The A1077 will be shut for seven days as flood prevention works are carried out in South Ferriby.
It is part of the ongoing 14-week programme to strength flood defences around the village.
However, the diversion coincides with another road closure, that of the Appleby crossroads.
The A1077 road closure in South Ferriby for important flood defence work starts on 13th Feb for one week.

At the same time Appleby Crossing on Ermine Street has planned weekend closures including 13-14th Feb.
Concerns by local residents and commuters
One local councillor said ‘I have written to the Chief Executive of North Lincs Council to ask for the Appleby crossing closure to be suspended this weekend and for council departments to talk more to each other.’ They are currently still waiting on a further response.
There is currently no spokesperson available from the Council transport department to comment.
