By Girl sexually assaulted in Grimsby alleyway
Humberside Police have launched an investigation and a public appeal following a reported sexual assault.
The incident is believed to have happened between Littlefield Lane and Westward Ho in Grimsby at approximately 1:00pm on Saturday 27 February.
According to reports, a girl was walking along the alleyway between Littlefield Lane and Westward Ho when she was approached from behind by an unknown man when she was sexually assaulted.
The male suspect has beem described as tall, white, with light red stubble, wearing a grey baseball cap, jeans and a dark green jacket.
He left the scene travelling back down the alleyway towards Littefield Lane.
Anyone who witnessed anything suspicious around this time or has information about the incident is urged to contact Humberside Police by calling the non-emergency number 101 quoting log 283 of 27 February.
