Pop Live 2021 Festival to go ahead in Cleethorpes with top headline acts

An impressive line-up of headline acts has been confirmed for the Pop Live Festival, set to take place in September.

Pixie Lott, Alexandra Burke, Five, Gareth Gates and Scott Mills from Radio 1 have so far been confirmed to be performing at the festival, which will be held at the Meridian Showground on 10 September 2021.

A huge roofed tent will host as the main stage, with numerous bars, food stalls and a full fun fair available to ticket holders.

Those with VIP tickets will be able to enjoy a luxury VIP tent with DJ’s, along with a VIP garden area with a private bar and toilets.

The TicketWeb site reads: “So, after the huge success of the Gathering Fest in 2019 at the Meridian Showground in Cleethorpes, the guys decided that there was a niche in the market for an event for families with children aged 14 and over.

“They knew that tribute acts or tribute bands wouldn’t be enough to make this a unique event, as this has been done before.

“The team are making the event much more than that by bringing a line-up of real pop stars and pop bands to the area.

“The decision was made to take a huge risk and create what is promised to be a full-on concert experience with a festival feel.

We’re really excited to again bring something to Cleethorpes that’s normally only available in the cities. For all of you who attended the Gathering Fest 2019, you’ll know how good this event will be.”

Standard tickets will cost £16.50 for 14-17 year olds, £27.50 for those over 18, and £82.50 for a family of two adults and two children.

For the VIP tickets, it will cost £38.50 for 14-17 year olds and £49.50 for over 18s.
