By The Gallagher Retail park is excited to open new Burger King alongside the first Taco Bell in Scunthorpe as opening date is confirmed.
The site was previously a Frankie and Benny’s diner but is now being transformed into two drive through restaurants.
It has now finally been confirmed that the Burger King will open next week, on Friday April 23.
A statement from the company says: “Burger King are regularly evaluating opportunities to bring our great-tasting products to more customers in new locations. We can confirm that there will be a new restaurant opening at this location on April 23.”
The well-known fast-food chain is known for serving grilled burgers, fries & shakes, plus breakfast.

Burger King is an American multinational chain which was founded in 1953 as Insta-Burger King.
The planning application for the former restaurant says the drive-thrus “will add to the choice of food available at the Gallagher Retail Park/North Lincolnshire Shopping Park and cater for the needs of consumers who would already be present.”
