Local people are being encouraged to book now to access the free premiere of the ‘Made in Grimsby’ short films series on Thursday 29 April.

Organised by the Grimsby arts organisation The Culture House, the series will focus on local artists and creativity in North East Lincolnshire.

A statement from The Culture House reads: “Since 2010 The Culture House has been on a mission to engage, excite and inspire people in North East Lincolnshire using creativity and culture.

“While hosting quality touring work from national artists at a range of events and festivals, we’ve also rightly focussed on providing leading and emerging local talent with professional opportunities to either perform or to participate in a variety of projects, from music events to artistic commissions.

“We champion and advocate for our brilliant local talent and believe strongly in Grimsby’s home-grown creativity. We value our local sector’s contribution to making Grimsby a more interesting and rewarding place to live.

“This ‘Made in Grimsby’ screening on Zoom lasts approximately 20 minutes and includes a short introduction and time for any questions.”

The premiere will be held via Zoom next Thursday from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, and can be booked onto via this link.
