Launched in 2012 by cousins Luke Drewery and Peter Hewes, Know is a leading video production agency based in Scunthorpe creating engaging videos that use compelling storytelling to connect brands, businesses and organizations with their audiences.
Luke started out at an early age filming friends riding their bikes. Something clicked and he was hooked on bringing together a story others could relive over and over again. Using video as a creative and commercial tool and love of film now drives this business forward.
Luke spoke to GI and said “I still can’t believe I won! Especially considering the fantastic young entrepreneurs in my category. It was a welcome moment of reflection for me, some time to take a look back at how far we have come. We get so busy working project to project, so it’s rare we have time to do things like this. It was lovely and the support from everyone has been amazing.

“The virtual evening was great. The platform worked really well and allowed us to navigate a kind of virtual events centre, networking between tables and chatting with friends and clients along the way. The awards were presented via a video link, and people’s stories were read out in each category. It wasn’t quite the same as being in person, but I thought it worked really well and would definitely be up for attending a virtual event again.”
Other finalists for the category included Stephanie Grace Bullock from the Little Yellow House Flower Shop and Natalie Hodge from Natalie Kate Make Up Artist.
Luke added “Business for know is going really well at the moment. Like everyone, it was a bit of a rollercoaster during the first lockdown. Still, demand for video content has steadily increased since May/June last year, and we have seen our busiest ever year. The growth has allowed us to move into a bigger space with our own studio facilities, something we are very excited about!
“I feel events like this are essential to give people the time to reflect on all the great things happening here in North Lincolnshire. I am proud to live and work in this community, and I look forward to what the future holds!”
