Man sentenced to three years in prison for £650k cannabis factory discovery

A man has been sentenced to three years and two months in prison for the cultivation of cannabis after the discovery of a cannabis factory.

Klodja Hila, 36, appeared in court on Tuesday in connection with the discovery of the large cannabis factory at an address in Owmby Close, Immingham.

The factory contained around 1,450 plants with a street value of £652,500.

A statement from Humberside Police said: “Klodjan Hila (36) of no fixed abode appeared in court yesterday (25 May 2021) in connection with the discovery and was sentenced to three years and two months in prison for the cultivation of cannabis.
