Prince Andrew removed from Queen’s Platinum Jubilee events
Prince Andrew is set to be removed from the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations amid his ongoing scandal.
The Platinum Jubilee celebrate 70 years since the Queen’s coronation, but Prince Andrew will not be seen alongside the rest of his family there.
Yesterday, he was given a deadline of July 14 to complete his deposition from Virginia Giuffre’s lawyers.
There were concerns that this would interfere with the Queen’s celebrations but that is not the case now that the Prince is being pushed out of view.
According to reports, his presence at the celebrations will be “invisible”.
Ms Giuffre is seeking damages from the Duke of York in a civil sexual assault case for alleged offenses from when she was a teenager.
The case relates to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein and she claims she was trafficked by him to have sex with the Duke of York.
Prince Andrew has vehemently denied all allegations.
