Covid case rates increase in North Lincolnshire as winter approaches

The current Covid case rate for North Lincolnshire stands at 511.1 cases per 100,000 people.

In the seven days to Friday 19 November, 883 people had a confirmed, positive Covid-19 test, an increase of 16.6 percent compared to the previous seven days.

816, 691 tests were conducted on Tuesday 23 November for the past seven days.

Government data also shows that, by the end of Tuesday 23 November, 129, 780 people had been given their first vaccine and 118,830 people had been given their second.

Two people were admitted into hospital on Sunday 14 November, making the total amount of people in hospital with coronavirus 72 (as of Tuesday 16 November).

However, over the last seven days, there have been no deaths within 28 days of a positive Covid-19 test.
