Covid cases in North East Lincolnshire slowly continue to rise

Covid cases in North East Lincolnshire are increasing every week, with the current figure standing at 863, according to the Government’s Interactive Map which is updated on a weekly basis.

The case rate per 100,000 people in North East Lincolnshire is 540, and the number of cases in the borough has risen by 1.2 per cent compared to last week.

As of 23 November, there were 57 people in hospitals across the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust for Covid, with eight of those being in intensive care.

Between 23 November and 29 November, there have sadly been 4 deaths within 28 days of a positive coronavirus test.
