New Year’s Eve events in Grimsby and Cleethorpes

Parties, celebrations and live music events are all planned for New Year’s Eve this weekend!

After the pandemic put a stop to some events last year, New Year’s celebrations for the birth of 2022 will be bigger and better than ever.

In a bid to support local businesses, here is a list of some of the New Year’s Eve events happening in Grimsby and Cleethorpes this Friday:

Inertia Live

Location: Old Lloyds Arms (Bar), Victoria Street, Grimsby

Time: 9:00pm – 2:00am

‘Dancing, head banging and great music’ to be played all night.

New Year’s Eve Madness

Location: Casablanca Club, Oxford Street, Grimsby

Time: 6:00pm

Skaburst UK will be ‘stomping the Ska, Reggae and 2TONE favourites’.

They aim to enter 2022 with a bang.

New Year’s Eve Party

Location: Gullivers Grimsby, Victoria Street, Grimsby

Time: 8:00pm

Drinks and dancing will boost anyone’s night, especially the biggest night of the year.

Additional ideas

Personal fireworks can be purchased from local retailers, such as Grimsby Fireworks, or supermarkets.

New Year’s parties have also been given the go-ahead by the government.
