Cyclist left with ‘serious injuries’ after collision with car
Humberside Police are appealing for information from witnesses following a road traffic collision which left a cyclist hospitalised.
The incident occurred at 1.15pm on Friday 14 January, on Heneage Road, Grimsby, at the junction with Sixhills Street.
It is said to have involved one cyclist and a white SUV.
The cyclist was taken to hospital to be treated for serious injuries, according to Humberside Police.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Officers are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that occurred in Grimsby at around 1:15pm on Friday 14 January.
“It is reported that a white SUV was in collision with a pushbike on Heneage Road at the junction with Sixhills Street.”
Anyone who has information about the incident is asked to call Humberside Police via the non-emergency number 101, quoting log 259 of 14 January.
