Police appeal after serious Cleethorpes assault

Humberside Police are appealing for information following a serious assault in Cleethorpes.

The incident happened on New Years Day between middnight and 1 am outside a restaurant on North Promenade.

A man was assualted outside the restautant, sustaining serious facial injuries.

Now officers are searching for the pictured man to help them with their enquiries.

Humberside Police said: “Appeal to identify man in connection with Cleethorpes assault.

“Can you help officers investigating a serious assault which happened on Saturday 1 January 2022 between 0.15am and 1am?

“A man was assaulted, sustaining serious facial injuries, outside a restaurant on North Promenade in the early hours on New Year’s Day.

“We have conducted enquiries into the assault and now we would like to speak to the man shown in these pictures as we believe he may be able to help us with our enquiries.

“If you know who this is please call us on our non-emergency number 101 quoting reference 16/1182/22.”
