By Grimsby’s game store to remain open after U-turn
The Game shop in Freshney Place is set to stay open after a dramatic U-turn, just days after telling shoppers it was closing this weekend.
Game Grimsby’s twitter account posted an excited series of gifs and one with the caption “We was closing but now we’re not…”
Another tweet said: “Customers have now been told we’re staying open #TheShowGoesOn”.
It is a rare piece of good news for Freshney Place shoppers, after the shopping centre was placed into receivership just last week and New Look closed its doors for the final time.
