How Sweet! This local business is looking for chocolate tasters

A local business is looking for chocolate tasters from around the world to try their sweet treats and offer their feedback.

Trace Clay, owner of The Chocolat Shop in Laceby, is searching for chocolate tasters to sample her fantastic new little puds.

Speaking on Radio Humberside Trace said: “In each collection you have nine different chocolates. You want to be able to enjoy each flavour, they’re great to gift to your partner.

“You want to taste an adventure together.”

Speaking about the process, Trace shared that each individual mould is hand painted with a design before filling it with chocolate. Once the chocolate has set, the delicious fillings are then added for an extra special treat.

In total the puds take three days to make, not including the extra 24 hours it takes to make and temper the rich and indulgent chocolate.

Trace currently has three different collections of treats coming out, the cocktail collection, the once upon a time collection and the cocoa collection.

Sharing her search to Instagran Trace wrote: “”We are looking for tasters from all around the world to test out new little puds…

“We want to spread the word about our new little puds and the only way we can do this is by getting you guys to taste them to give us feedback and share your thoughts.”
