By Man charged following Memorial Gardens assault
A man has been charged following an assault in Memorial Gardens, Scunthorpe.
The incident took place around 6am on Sunday 27 March.
Marian Feraru, 24-years-old of Sheffield Street West, Scunthorpe has been charged with attempted grievous bodily harm, Humberside Police have confirmed.
Additionally, Mr Feraru has been charged with attempted rape and rape following an incident last year.
He was remanded in custody and will appear at Grimsby Magistrates Court today.
