By Large stash of Class A drugs discovered in Scunthorpe raid
A large stash of Class A drugs have been seized following a raid on a property in Scunthorpe.
Humberside Police officers struck gold after finding a large quantity of Class A drugs during a raid on a property in Scunthorpe yesterday (18 July).
Upon their arrival, officers carried out a thorough search at an address on Frances Street as part of an ongoing commitment to tackle and disrupt drug crime.
In a statement, Humberside Police stated:
“Whilst at the property Class A and Class B drugs were seized, as well as a quantity of cash.
“A 54-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman were taken into custody on suspicion of drugs offences, both have been released under investigation whilst enquiries continue.”
