The wait for new Rihanna music is officially over.
Rihanna fans are ecstatic as it’s been announced that the singer will release new music after six years.
The comeback single ‘Lift Me Up’ will feature on the soundtrack for Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and will be released this Friday.
The 15 second video shows the title of the film, followed by the letter “R” with the date October 28 2022 underneath.

Fans of the singer have taken it to social media to show their excitement:
One fan wrote: “Rihanna’s coming back to music this Friday with the Black Panther soundtrack? The Oscars and Grammys are HERS.”
Another said: “I’m going to be the most unbearable person when Rihanna releases new music on Friday,”
Last month Rihanna was confirmed as the headline act at the 2023 Super Bowl half-time show.
