Cleethorpes man charged with sexual offences
A man from Cleethorpes has been charged with a number of sexual offences including exposure and voyeurism.
27-year-old Hok Yin To, of Queen Mary Avenue in Cleethorpes, was arrested on Friday, 18 November.
He was charged in connection with incidents labelled as exposure, trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence and vouyeurism.
The incidents happened on Queen Mary Avenue and Daubney Street.
He appeared at Grimsby Magistrates Court on Saturday, 19 November, and was remanded in custody and will reappear at Grimsby Crown Court later this month.
