Woman in life-threatening condition after attack in Doncaster
A woman has been left in hospital in a life-threatening condition following an attack in Doncaster.
Following reports of a disturbance, police were called to a property on Ramskir View in the Stainforth area of Doncaster.
The incident occurred at around 3.05pm on Monday.
Upon arrival at the scene, officers found a 51-year-old woman who had sustained serious head injuries.
She was taken immediately to hospital.
Three people have been arrested in relation to the attack in Doncaster which left the woman with life-threatening injuries.
They include two men aged 47 and 33 and a 24-year-old woman.
The victim remains in hospital in critical condition.
A police spokesperson said:
“Yesterday (24 May) at around 3:05pm, officers were called to a property on Ramskir View, in the Stainforth area of Doncaster following reports of a disturbance.
“On arrival at the scene, officers found a 51-year-old woman who had suffered serious head injuries. She was taken to hospital where she remains in a life-threatening condition.
“Three people, two men, aged 47 and 33, and a 24-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of assault. They remain in custody at this time.
“Officers are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened or has any information that can help with their enquiries. Please contact 101 quoting incident number 539 of 24 May.

Officers for South Yorkshire Police are keen to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened or has any information which may help with their enquiries.
