Doddington Hall to reopen!
Doddington Hall in Lincoln is set to reopen this weekend after the coronavirus pandemic forced its closure in March.
In line with government guidance regarding outdoor attractions, the gardens at Doddington Hall reopened in May, and can be visited daily between 10am and 4pm.
Now, the Hall is due to open again on Sunday, July 19.
It will be open every Sunday from 12pm to 4pm.
A statement issued on the Doddington Hall website reads:
“We wish for everyone to enjoy their visit to Doddington Hall and would like to reassure all our visitors that we are adhering to all guidelines issued by Public Health England and the Government in relation to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
“We have implemented the following practices for the reopening of the Hall as the health & safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors is vitally important to us.
“We are continually monitoring the situation and following the latest Government guidance and have been granted the official UK ‘We’re Good To Go’ mark to show we are following Government and Industry COVID-19 guidelines to aid social distancing.”
A spokesperson added:
“Doddington Hall has faced many challenges and changes in its 420-year history and the events of this year have been no exception.”
All tickets must be pre-booked online and access is limited to time slots in order to avoid overcrowding.
Any tickets booked will include free flow access to the gardens from 10am to 4pm.
The cafe, farm shop and country clothing store, are also open.
