Scunthorpe Pool League results for Tuesday 14 December

Here are the Scunthorpe Pool League results for Tuesday 14 December following last week’s exciting games:

Beacon A pulled off the result of round 10 coming away from title contenders Mulligans Trojans with an 8-5 victory in division 1.

Back In Black Beauty gains four precious points in their bid to stay in the division, which likely would be at the expense of stable mates Black Beauty A.

Redbourne Mods pulled 8 points clear in division 2 following their 7-5 victory against promotion rivals Brumby Hall A.

RAOB stay in the hunt for promotion as they came away from Mulligans Tight Rack with a draw.

Comet have elevated to forth position in division 3, their highest place this season as they took five frames off leaders Mulligans Majestic Sausage Dogs.

Beacon Rat Outcasts stay in third after their 8-4 over Chancel Flyers.

Very little movement occurred in division 4 this week as all three results were very tight.

Mulligans ST missed the opportunity to go top for the first time as they came away from league leaders Harry’s Bar with a draw.

Mulligans Youth elevated themselves right into the title race in division 5, taking 11 frames from Jolly Sailor in Gunness.

Youth now find themselves just a point off league leaders Schnapps who managed an 8-5 at RHH Hospital Club.

Mulligans Young Ones appear to have the league title wrapped up before Christmas.

They were in blistering form this week, winning 12-1 at Beacon Old Boys.

Black Beauty B did their top two hopes a world of good winning 8-5 away at third placed Mill Road B.

In division 7, three teams all find themselves on 77 points as they all hope to overtake leaders Foxhills in the new year.

Schnapps Elite, who started the season slowly, look as though they will finish brightly.

This week they won 8-4 at home to Scunthorpe Bowl.

Beckwood, also on 77 points, haven’t given up the ghost yet and positioned themselves right back into the title picture coming away from Schnapps Retro with an 11-2 win.
