Vandals target Cleethorpes Foreshore

Information signs on Cleethorpes Foreshore between the Leisure Centre and Cleethorpes Paddling Pool have sadly fallen victim to vandals.

The signs detailed and illustrated local wildlife.

This unfortunate update comes just weeks after council workers were spotted repairing damaged signs on Cleethorpes Promenade.

One person has responded to the incident, branding it a “waste of time” to have such signage in the area as a result of repeated spates of vandalism.

“Can’t we have anything nice without someone ruining it?” he added.

Humberside Police and North East Lincolnshire Council have been contacted for a statement.
